Dongseo University Hosts 'CV Design ICC New Industry Creation Council Seminar'

The Dongseo University 3rd Phase Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Leading University Development Project Group (LINC 3.0) held the ‘CV Design ICC New Industry Creation Council Seminar’ at the Industry Collaboration Center (ICC) on the 3rd.

The seminar, held at Avani Central Busan near the Munhyeon-dong Financial Center, was attended by many representatives from Busan IT companies wishing to join as new family companies, as well as researchers from Busan Technopark and Dongseo University family companies.

The event began with an introduction to the industry-academia-research cooperation program by Kim Kyung-won, head of CV Design ICC, followed by a special lecture on patents and intellectual property rights by patent attorney Moon Kyung-hye from Mark Info Patent Law Office, and concluded with networking discussions on cooperation directions among project group officials, professors participating in the LINC 3.0 project, and company representatives.

CV Design ICC is establishing a systematic industry-academia-research cooperation system through the project group’s ‘4Co Corporate Support System.’ The New Industry Creation Council aims to strengthen mutual cooperative relationships among schools, companies, and research institutions.

Kim Kyung-won, head of CV Design ICC, stated, “The ultimate goal that CV Design ICC pursues is to build a cooperative relationship that satisfies schools, companies, and research institutions alike and to produce tangible research and development outcomes.”

He added, “The New Industry Creation Council can serve as a foundation for expanding the base and building infrastructure to achieve these goals.”
