Chef Lee Jun is the owner chef of ‘Swaniye,’ one of only eight Michelin 2-star restaurants in Korea, known domestically for his creative cuisine. H?agen-Dazs planned this collaboration with Chef Lee to allow customers to conveniently enjoy fine dining desserts, which are usually difficult to experience, at home.

The Mont Blanc Banana Cr?meux Ice Cream Cake is a premium ice cream cake that interprets the classic French dessert Mont Blanc with H?agen-Dazs’ own luxurious touch. On top of the cake base, H?agen-Dazs’ best-selling vanilla ice cream, a creamy banana cr?meux made with a special recipe by the Michelin chef is layered, allowing you to enjoy the harmonious blend of deep vanilla flavor and subtle banana taste in your mouth. Especially, between the vanilla ice cream and banana cr?meux, a generous amount of savory black sesame chocolate crunch is added to enhance the texture and provide a special combination of flavors that can only be experienced at high-end restaurants. The top of the cake is finished with marron glac? and marron cream made from chestnuts, completing a luxurious fine dining dessert that satisfies both the eyes and the palate.

Starting today, it will be available as a season-limited item through KakaoTalk Gift and H?agen-Dazs offline stores.
