On Saturday the 4th, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with occasional rain in Gangwon Yeongdong, the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, the coastal areas of Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island. The Chungcheong region and southern areas (excluding the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and the coastal areas of Gyeongsang Province) will experience occasional rain until the afternoon, but many places will see a lull.

Expected precipitation from today through tomorrow is ▲Jeju Island 10~50mm ▲Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, southern Gyeongbuk, Gangwon-do 5~40mm ▲eastern Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, Gwangju, Jeonnam, northern Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo and Dokdo 5~20mm ▲Seoul, Incheon, western Gyeonggi around 5mm.

The morning low temperatures will range from 10 to 18 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 16 and 24 degrees Celsius, warmer than usual for this time of year.

Morning low temperatures in major areas are Seoul 14°C, Incheon 14°C, Suwon 14°C, Chuncheon 13°C, Gangneung 15°C, Cheongju 17°C, Daejeon 16°C, Jeonju 17°C, Gwangju 16°C, Daegu 14°C, Busan 18°C, Jeju 20°C.

Daytime high temperatures are Seoul 22°C, Incheon 21°C, Suwon 22°C, Chuncheon 19°C, Gangneung 17°C, Cheongju 21°C, Daejeon 21°C, Jeonju 23°C, Gwangju 24°C, Daegu 20°C, Busan 22°C, Jeju 25°C.

Until tomorrow afternoon, winds in the central East Sea will blow strongly at 10~16 m/s, and waves will rise very high at 1.5~4.0 meters, with a possibility of a storm warning being issued. Ships engaged in navigation and fishing should exercise caution.

Along the East Coast, high waves caused by swell may overflow breakwaters or coastal roads, so approaching coastal areas should be avoided.

Additionally, in the Gangwon mountain region, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters may form until morning due to low clouds, and in between, especially in the central inland areas, fog with visibility below 1 km may also occur.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' in most parts of the country. However, in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam, fine dust remaining from the previous day will cause temporarily 'Unhealthy' levels in the morning, but it is expected to gradually clear up from the afternoon due to improved atmospheric dispersion.
