Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 5th that it will supply one lot of multi-family housing land in the Goyang Changneung Public Housing District through a lottery system. This is the first supply within the Goyang Changneung New Town.
The lot in question is one lot in Block C-1 (area 41,488㎡) with a scale of 593 households, with a building coverage ratio of 50% or less and a floor area ratio of 200% or less.
The price is approximately 247.9 billion KRW, which is about 19.75 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The payment condition is an interest-bearing installment payment method over 5 years.
Eligibility to apply is limited to those registered as housing construction businesses, with first priority given to those who have housing construction performance of 300 or more households in the last 3 years and possess construction capability. Since the qualifications for first and second priority differ, applicants must check the land supply announcement individually. First priority application and reception is on the 4th of next month, and second priority is the following day, the 5th.
The Goyang Changneung Public Housing District was designated and announced as a 3rd phase new town in March 2020, being developed in Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, with a total area of 7.89 million㎡ and a population capacity of 86,000.
Near the project area are the Seoul-Munsan Expressway, Subway Line 3, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, providing excellent metropolitan transportation conditions. The metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line A is under construction within the project area, and a metropolitan railroad between Goyang and Eunpyeong is also planned, which is expected to further improve public transportation access to the city center.
