"‘Jai’ in Seongdong-gu after 8 Years… GS Construction to Launch ‘Cheonggye Riverview Jai’ This Month"

GS Construction is introducing Xi in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for the first time in eight years since supplying Seoul Forest Riverview Xi in 2015.

GS Construction announced on the 3rd that it plans to sell units in ‘Cheonggye Riverview Xi,’ which will be built through the Yongdap-dong housing redevelopment project in the area of 108-1 Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, later this month.

The complex will consist of 14 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 1,670 households. Among these, 797 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡ are scheduled for general sale. By exclusive area, there are ▲257 units of 59㎡A ▲66 units of 59㎡B ▲36 units of 59㎡C ▲292 units of 73㎡ ▲142 units of 78㎡ ▲4 units of 84㎡.

Yongdap-dong in Seongdong-gu, where Cheonggye Riverview Xi will be located, boasts excellent living infrastructure. It is adjacent to Dapsimni Station on Seoul Subway Line 5, and Sindap Station on Line 2 is also within walking distance. Additionally, vehicle access is convenient via Sagun IC on the Internal Circulation Road and Dongbu Expressway, allowing quick travel not only to downtown areas such as City Hall but also to the Gangnam area.

Convenient living facilities are also well established. Traditional markets such as Hyundai Market and Dongbu Market are located around the complex, making it easy to access various commercial areas. Cheongnyangni Station, home to Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart, and Wangsimni Station, where E-Mart is located, are both within a 10-minute drive. Nearby educational institutions include Yongdap Elementary School, Majang Middle School, Hanyang University High School, and Hanyang University. Various facilities such as Seongdong-gu Yongdap Library, Seoul Education and Culture Center, Yongdap Sports Center, and Yongdap-dong Community Service Center are also close by, making them convenient to use.

There is a Cheonggyecheon waterfront park right in front of the complex, allowing some units to have views of Cheonggyecheon. Parks such as Yongdap Rest Park and Yongdu Park are also nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Cheonggye Riverview Xi’s design stands out, befitting a large-scale complex with over 1,000 households. All buildings feature high piloti designs to maximize openness in the lower floors and throughout the complex, and the spacing between buildings is wide. Various community facilities such as senior centers, daycare centers, small libraries, children’s playgrounds, resident exercise facilities, and neighborhood living facilities will also be established.

The Yongdap-dong area is improving residential conditions through active redevelopment projects, with redevelopment projects for Yongdap 1st and 2nd districts also underway.

A GS Construction sales official said, “Since the supply of Seoul Forest Riverview Xi in Seongdong-gu in 2015, there has been no large-scale apartment complex with over 1,000 households for eight years, so we expect a lot of interest from many buyers. We will devote ourselves to making this a representative complex of the area, not only with an excellent location but also with various specialized designs and community facilities.”
