Seoul Metro announced on the 3rd that it is operating a chatbot service called 'Ttota24' that provides Seoul subway usage information 24 hours a day.
The corporation's mascot, 'Ttota,' appears to provide key information such as subway lines and timetables, ticket and destination guidance, station information, heating and cooling complaints, and responsible departments. Citizens can use the destination guidance feature through the chatbot to immediately check routes, travel times, and fares. A voice support function is also provided for transportation-vulnerable individuals.
The corporation explained that with 24-hour automatic responses available for simple or frequently asked questions, subway users can conveniently obtain information regardless of time and place.
Ttota24 offers non-face-to-face consultation services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can be accessed through the corporation's official website or the corporation's KakaoTalk channel.
