Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Attends 2nd Anniversary Event of Mapo Welfare Foundation

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the 2nd anniversary event of the Mapo Welfare Foundation held in the seminar room of Mapo Central Library on the afternoon of the 2nd.

About 100 people, including Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, members of the National Assembly, heads of related organizations, and sponsors, attended the event, where they reported on the major achievements over the past two years and shared future plans.

Afterwards, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, presented appointment letters to the executives of the 2nd Board of Directors of the Mapo Welfare Foundation and delivered plaques of appreciation to the sponsors.

In his congratulatory speech, Park Gang-su said, “I sincerely congratulate the 2nd anniversary of the launch of the Mapo Welfare Foundation, the hub of welfare in Mapo District,” and added, “I hope the Mapo Welfare Foundation will continue to lead in responding to the diverse welfare needs of residents and enhancing local welfare.”

The Mapo Welfare Foundation is making every effort in various ways for the welfare of district residents, including projects such as the ‘Resident Participation Filial Piety Meal’ to accompany the vulnerable and strengthening the local community welfare network.
