Powder Conveying System specialist DYPNF is on the rise. Securities analysts' expectations of a sharp performance turnaround appear to have influenced this trend.
As of 1:36 PM on the 2nd, DYPNF was trading at 19,520 KRW, up 1,590 KRW (8.87%) compared to the previous trading day.
On this day, NH Investment & Securities reported that DYPNF is breaking its record for the largest order backlog due to the resumption of projects delayed by the Russia-Ukraine war and the impact of large-scale projects originating from the Middle East. Additionally, new business orders such as EPC for used batteries and secondary batteries are steadily increasing. As of the end of September, DYPNF's order backlog stands at approximately 470 billion KRW, the highest ever.
Furthermore, it seems to be influenced by issues related to the incorporation of Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province into Seoul. On the same day, the People Power Party launched the 'Special Committee for Improving the Convenience of Metropolitan Residents (tentative name)' to promote the 'Mega City Seoul' plan, including the incorporation of Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province into Seoul.
DYPNF owns production plants in Gimpo, Paju, and Gyeongju. The first plant located in Wolgot-myeon, Gimpo City, covers approximately 1,570 pyeong. To expand the production line, a new plant was additionally constructed on a 14,000-pyeong site in Gimpo City and received usage approval last month.
