Samsung Electronics is strengthening its support for the bid to host the '2030 Busan World Expo' in Paris, France, where the International Bureau of Expositions (BIE) General Assembly is being held.

Samsung Electronics announced on the 2nd that it is intensively promoting the Busan Expo through 14 billboards at Terminal 2E arrivals at Charles de Gaulle International Airport, the gateway to Paris.

Passengers at Charles de Gaulle Airport can see various Galaxy advertisements along with promotional images of the Busan Expo illustrated with impressive scenes of Busan on a series of billboards spanning over 100 meters. Samsung Electronics plans to actively promote the Busan Expo in Paris until the 173rd BIE General Assembly on November 28, when the host city for the 2030 Expo will be decided.

Samsung Electronics has carried out various promotional activities for the bid, including advertising the Busan Expo at major global events such as IFA 2023, Europe's largest consumer electronics show held in Berlin, Germany in September; MWC (Mobile World Congress) held in Barcelona, Spain in February; and the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland in January.
