Fleetune·Offright, Grand Prize Winners of This Year's Jeong Ju-young Startup Competition

Asan Nanum Foundation, 12th Jeong Ju-young Startup Competition

Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Jang Seok-hwan) announced on the 1st that it has concluded the approximately eight-month-long journey that began in March with the 12th Jeong Ju-young Startup Competition (hereinafter JeongChangGyeong) Demo Day.


Now in its 12th year, JeongChangGyeong recruited participating teams in March this year and selected a total of 14 startup teams to advance to the final competition, the Demo Day. Overcoming a high competition rate of 87 to 1, the startup teams went through a six-month business execution phase before taking the Demo Day stage.


At the Demo Day event held on October 31 at COEX Auditorium, 14 teams conducted pitching sessions presenting their products and services. Seven teams participated in the "Growth Track," targeting startups established within two years, and seven teams competed in the "Challenge Track," aimed at prospective startups.

In the Growth Track, Fleetune, which developed the service "Plot" that provides optimal routes based on AI algorithms, won the grand prize. Nearbrain received the excellence award, and Moliton and Planfit were awarded the merit prize.


In the Challenge Track, Offright, which created a tool to manage scattered tasks in one place, took the grand prize. Amberroad received the excellence award, and Greenic and Renewutra were awarded the merit prize.


All award-winning teams will receive follow-up support, including opportunities for global expansion and promotional marketing support provided to tenants of Asan Nanum Foundation’s startup support center Maru, expert matching programs, and connections to venture capital investors.


Kim Ji-sung, CEO of Fleetune, the grand prize winner in the Growth Track, said, "Thanks to various business support programs including mentoring at Maru, we were able to grow rapidly. We will continue to unfold infinite possibilities without losing our indomitable spirit of challenge."


Jang Seok-hwan, Chairman of Asan Nanum Foundation, said, "I hope the ‘Jeong Ju-young Startup Competition,’ known as a gateway and cradle for startups, will awaken the ‘indomitable’ spirit of challenge in many entrepreneurs going through the investment winter."
