A complaint has been filed alleging that a coach of a middle school sports team in Gwangju sexually assaulted a teenage female student, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
On the 31st, the Gwangju Bukbu Police announced that on the 28th, they received a complaint stating that Coach A, in his 30s, called minor female student B to his lodging and sexually assaulted her.
The police plan to summon those involved in the incident as well as school officials to investigate the exact circumstances of the case.
