MTI Corporation announced on the 31st that it has signed a business agreement with MICube Solution to collaborate on data connectivity between Smart HMI/SCADA and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and to advance smart factory projects.
Through this agreement, both companies will jointly carry out projects utilizing MTI Corporation's Smart HMI/SCADA system-based data connectivity solutions and MICube Solution's MES solutions.
Both companies expect that by leveraging the synergy created through the collaboration of their respective strengths?OT (Operational Technology)/IT (Information Technology) data connectivity solutions and MES solutions?they will be able to provide solutions at a higher level than before. Additionally, their capabilities as total smart factory solution providers are anticipated to be further strengthened.
MTI Corporation is the first company in Korea to launch industrial HMI (Human Machine Interface) products. It provides smart factory construction solutions that secure connectivity between on-site production equipment and top-level systems by utilizing Smart HMI and Smart SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) products.
The smart factory solution business division has been continuously successful in securing large group company orders through the Web SCADA launched this year. Projects applying logistics robot-linked platforms are also underway. Beyond being the number one HMI provider in Korea, MTI Corporation is expected to demonstrate significant sales growth as a total OT company for smart factories through expansion into various industrial sectors and continuous development of specialized platform solutions.
MICube Solution is a specialized company in smart factory and DX (Digital Transformation) solutions, securing a total solution portfolio that covers smart factory solutions such as MES and EES (Equipment Efficiency Management System), as well as manufacturing intelligence areas including MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) and digital twin platforms. The company is expanding its business targeting major manufacturing industries such as electrical and electronics, semiconductors, secondary batteries, machinery, steel, food, and automobiles. It entered the KOSDAQ market last August.
