Hyundai Elevator, Overseas Employee Exchange Activities

Hyundai Elevator recently held a 'Global Top Talent Training' program, inviting outstanding employees from overseas subsidiaries to the Korean headquarters for exchange, the company announced on the 31st.


Now in its third year, this program was established to promote the company's technological capabilities and corporate culture, as well as to strengthen the competencies of employees from overseas subsidiaries. It also aims to activate communication with domestic employees. Twelve participants came from five countries: China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and T?rkiye.

They shared the global business status and strategies for the 2030 vision. While enhancing understanding of Hyundai Group's history and core values, they visited the Chungju Smart Campus and major landmark sites. They experienced Korean culture by touring Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gwangjang Market, and Yeouido.


At the meeting, CEO Cho Jae-cheon said, "This year, to strengthen overseas business, we shared the 2030 vision and expanded opportunities for work exchanges between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. I ask that you actively apply and disseminate the knowledge gained from this training upon returning to your subsidiaries."
