Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) approved the resident recruitment announcement for the Dobong 2nd District Housing Redevelopment Project, ‘Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park,’ on the 26th. This marks the first new sale in a redevelopment project site in 13 years since the Ssangmun 1st District Housing Redevelopment Project (currently Bukhan-san Kolon Haneulchae Apartment).
The Dobong 2nd District Housing Redevelopment Project received approval for its promotion committee on December 9, 2004, and after about 20 years, construction began on September 1 of this year. The project is being constructed by Kumho Construction under the brand name ‘Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park.’
The complex consists of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 50,282.2㎡ and a floor area ratio of 262.6%. A total of 299 households (including 60 rental units) will be supplied, of which 130 units will be for general sale. Resident convenience facilities such as a senior citizens’ center and community exercise facilities will also be established within the complex.
The 130 general sale units of ‘Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park’ are divided by area as follows: ▲59㎡A 2 units ▲75㎡A 28 units ▲84㎡A 5 units ▲84㎡B 64 units ▲84㎡C 31 units. The recruitment announcement began on October 27, 2023, followed by special supply on November 6, first priority subscription on November 7, and second priority subscription on November 8. The winners will be announced on November 15.
