On the morning of the 31st, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters will cover the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and inland Gyeongsang. Other regions will be covered by fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer. Some airports may issue low visibility warnings due to the fog. In the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon and inland Gyeongbuk, frost may also occur along with the fog.

The lowest temperatures on the morning of the 31st are expected to range from 4 to 14 degrees Celsius, and the highest daytime temperatures are expected to be between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius. These temperatures are slightly higher than the average for this time of year. The daily temperature range will widen to around 15 degrees, especially in the southern inland areas.

The expected lowest and highest temperatures in major cities are Seoul 12°C and 21°C, Incheon 14°C and 20°C, Daejeon 9°C and 22°C, Gwangju 10°C and 22°C, Daegu 9°C and 23°C, Ulsan 10°C and 23°C, and Busan 13°C and 23°C.

The day will be mostly clear due to the influence of a high-pressure system. However, as the high pressure continues to cause stagnant air, fine dust concentrations in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungcheong region will be somewhat elevated in the morning.

From the night of the 31st, strong winds with gusts reaching around 55 km/h will blow mainly in the Yeongdong area of Gangwon and the northeastern mountainous region of Gyeongbuk. The winds will gradually strengthen, and on November 1, gusts exceeding 90 km/h are expected in the mountainous areas of Gangwon.

Due to the strong lunar gravitational force, high sea levels will continue until November 1. Low-lying coastal areas of Jeolla, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and Jeju coasts are at risk of flooding during high tide, so caution is advised.
