61-2, Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Area 8264㎡
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 30th that it will supply the site at 61-2 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul through a competitive bidding process for actual users.
The land is located near Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital of Catholic University. The area is 8,264㎡, and the expected supply price is approximately 402.4 billion KRW. The successful bidder will be selected on December 13, and the contract will be signed on the 22nd of the same month.
The contract requires full payment of the sale price upon signing, and land use is immediately available upon full payment.
61-2 Yeouido-dong has excellent road traffic conditions with convenient access from Olympic-daero, Yeouidaebang-ro, and Wonhyo Bridge.
It is within walking distance to Saetgang Station on Subway Line 9 and Yeouinaru Station on Line 5, and offers high public transportation accessibility with convenient use of the city bus and metropolitan transportation network linked to Yeouido Transfer Parking Lot.
Once the Yeouido Financial Center District Unit Plan (draft) announced by Seoul City last May is finalized, the ‘Urban Function Support District’ where this land is located is expected to become a complex urban function area allowing various uses such as public, living convenience, and residential.
An LH official said, “Yeouido is one of the most notable areas with various development benefits concentrated, including Seoul City’s Yeouido Financial Center District Unit Plan (draft) and the full-scale promotion of old apartment reconstruction projects. High interest from actual users is expected for 61-2 Yeouido-dong.”
