Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that it has created an "Emotional Civil Service Office with Flowing Melodies" to allow visitors to the integrated civil service office on the first floor of the district office to conduct their business in a comfortable atmosphere and alleviate boredom during waiting times.

Visitors to the Geumcheon-gu Office civil service office can feel a cozy atmosphere as if they were in a cafe. The district has signed a separate contract with a company specializing in real-time streaming to broadcast various genres of music by time slot, including piano performances, classical music, and new age.

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, "It is expected to help ease tension and conflicts in the increasingly busy civil service environment and have a positive effect on the mental and physical stability of civil service officers." He added, "We will continue to do our best to improve satisfaction with civil service."
