Kim Seong-ryeol, Head of Technology Division, Special Training for Safety Competency Enhancement

On the 26th, the Technical Headquarters of Seoul Metro announced that it conducted a 'Special Training to Strengthen Safety Competency for the Head of Technical Headquarters' at the multipurpose hall of the Corporation's Talent Development Center, targeting Technical Headquarters staff and on-site construction personnel.

The training was held in two sessions for a total of 600 participants. The first session focused on construction site safety management for construction supervisors, site agents, and railway operation safety managers, while the second session provided lectures on facility safety inspections and competency enhancement for Technical Headquarters employees.

In particular, active discussions were held regarding the development direction of the Technical Headquarters, key initiatives, and measures to strengthen workplace safety management during the training.

Kim Seong-ryeol, Head of the Technical Headquarters at Seoul Metro, stated, “This special training was organized to remind on-site construction personnel and Technical Headquarters staff of their respective roles and responsibilities,” adding, “I ask all members of the Technical Headquarters to internalize a safety culture with safety as the highest priority value.”
