Jeil Construction's 'Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae,' supplied in the Cheomdan 3 District of the Gwangju Research and Development Special Zone in Gwangju Metropolitan City, continues to attract strong demand from buyers following the subscription phase and into the contract phase.
In the first-priority subscription results, Block A2 recorded an average competition rate of 5.39 to 1, with 6,894 applicants for 1,278 units (excluding special supply), while Block A5 recorded an average competition rate of 5.89 to 1, with 3,278 applicants for 556 units (excluding special supply). Notably, in Block A2, the 84A type saw the highest competition rate of 11.47 to 1, with 4,485 applicants from the local area competing for 391 units. In Block A5, the 184㎡A type had the highest competition rate of 25 to 1, with 25 local applicants competing for a single unit.
A sales official from Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae explained, “Since Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae is supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system, it attracted significant interest from buyers.” He added, “This enthusiasm has continued through to the contract phase, with many contract signings taking place at the model house, reflecting its strong popularity.”
Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae will conduct a lottery for preliminary winners and contract signings today, Saturday the 28th.
The Cheomdan 3 District, where the complex is located, is being developed as a mixed new town combining a high-tech industrial complex and high-quality residential spaces through systematic development, earning recognition for its high future value. Along with the already completed nearby Cheomdan 1 and 2 Districts, it is attracting attention as a new residential area in Gwangju that will absorb demand for new apartments in the Sangmu and Suwan Districts.
