Gwangju National Science Museum Hosts 'Artificial Intelligence Odyssey'

The National Gwangju Science Museum will hold the "2023 Artificial Intelligence Odyssey" from the 28th of this month to December 3rd.

The event is themed "Artificial Intelligence Odyssey Expedition Team" and consists of four themes related to artificial intelligence: exhibition exploration, advanced camp, expert lectures, and installation of new exhibits.


Through hands-on experiences, participants can naturally enhance their understanding of artificial intelligence.


The exhibition exploration will take place every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from the 28th of this month until the 26th of next month.


Anyone visiting the National Gwangju Science Museum's AI Hall can participate in this program, which includes in-depth explanations of exhibits and AI creation experiences.


The advanced camp, held over two days on December 2nd and 3rd, requires prior registration through the museum’s website and offers a cooperative camp program focused on artificial intelligence.


Participants will carry out various projects utilizing artificial intelligence, enhancing their understanding and practical skills in AI.


Expert lectures will be held on the 12th and 18th of next month, respectively, providing insights into the latest trends and future prospects in the field of artificial intelligence to broaden understanding.


Additionally, a new exhibit combining artificial intelligence and art, featuring light, will be showcased.

Deputy Director Jeon Tae-ho said, "This event is expected to be a great opportunity to enhance understanding of artificial intelligence and experience future science and technology."
