Geumcheon-gu, Individual Official Land Price Determination and Objection Submission Reception

Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced on October 31 that the individual publicly announced land prices (as of July 1, 2023) have been determined and disclosed, and objections will be accepted until November 30.

This determination and disclosure pertain to the individual publicly announced land prices for land movements (such as division, merger, and land category changes) in the first half of 2023. They can be checked at the district office’s Real Estate Information Division, local community service centers, and the Ilsa Pyeonri Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry website.

Landowners or interested parties with objections can fill out and submit the ‘Individual Publicly Announced Land Price Objection Form’ available at the district office’s Real Estate Information Division or each community service center by November 30. Additionally, submissions can be made by entering the information on the Ilsa Pyeonri Real Estate Integrated Civil Service website or the Geumcheon-gu Office website’s online window (Comprehensive Civil Service - Real Estate Civil Service).

Geumcheon-gu plans to review the objections by re-examining the characteristics of the land and the appropriateness of the price, conducting appraiser verification, and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, with adjusted announcements scheduled for December 26.

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, urged, “Since individual publicly announced land prices are used as the basis for various taxes such as property tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax, landowners and interested parties should be sure to check the individual publicly announced land prices within the objection period.”

For more details, inquiries can be made to the Real Estate Information Division of Geumcheon-gu Office.
