Outback Customized Robot Guidance, Robot Serving Solution

VD Company (CEO Ham Pan-sik) announced on the 24th that it has signed a contract to supply serving robots to the family restaurant Outback Steakhouse. The company plans to provide VD Company's serving robots and other store operation solutions to all Outback locations to maximize the customer experience at each store.

VD Company has developed an Outback-exclusive 'Guidance Robot Control Solution' that escorts visiting customers to their tables, enhancing the use of robots. Through this, the premium serving robot 'BellaBot,' introduced in all Outback stores, performs the roles of a 'host' who guides customers to their tables and a 'runner' who delivers completed dishes to the customer tables. Hall staff can focus on their function and role as 'servers,' providing customer service at the point of contact with customers.

Along with supplying the Outback robot serving solution, VD Company plans to implement customized solutions for each brand under bhc Group, Outback's parent company, and actively cooperate based on VD Company's food service automation solutions when introducing robot solutions at overseas business sites.
