Notification of Results After Rapid Testing in Case of Water Quality Abnormalities
On the 25th, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it will operate the 'Tap Water Safety Confirmation System' to provide citizens with safe and clean tap water.
The 'Tap Water Safety Confirmation System' is a service where a responsible staff member visits the site directly when water quality complaints arise in houses, apartments, schools, and other locations. The staff member identifies the cause of the water quality issue through consultation with the complainant and conducts water quality tests on 14 items using measurement equipment, then promptly informs the results.
Applications can be made online through the 'Our Home Tap Water Safety Confirmation System' website or by contacting the Anseong City Hall Waterworks Department.
An Anseong City official stated, "We will promptly inform citizens of the water quality test results to enhance trust in tap water."
