The special Balance meal sets are offered as a 1-week package (5 days * 2 meals, total 10 meals) + 1 Witch’s Soup, a 2-week package (10 days * 2 meals, total 20 meals) + 2 Witch’s Soups, and a set of 10 Witch’s Soups is also available.
Medisolla’s “Balance” line is a premium nutritional meal developed collaboratively by experts in various fields including medical professionals, clinical nutritionists, and food specialists. The nutrition design was directly overseen by Hyung-Mi Kim, head of Medisolla’s research institute with 40 years of experience as a nutritionist in university hospitals. The menu features 10 diverse dishes created by Medisolla’s professional chefs, covering both Korean and Western cuisines to offer a variety of flavors.
The Medisolla “Balance” line is characterized by including essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, which cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food, in a ratio of less than 1:8 to help correct the nutritional imbalances common in modern diets. Additionally, the basic nutrients?carbohydrates, proteins, and fats?are nutritionally designed in Medisolla’s optimal ratio of 5:2:3, with an average calorie count of 400 kcal per meal. All special set menus are low-sugar, containing less than 2g of sugar per serving, complying with the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety’s legal labeling standard (less than 5g per 100g), ensuring a healthy meal.
The Medisolla “Balance” meals featured on Lotte Home Shopping’s Choi Yura Show include a total of 10 menu items such as the signature salmon steak, chicken breast nutritious rice, seafood paella, shrimp perilla seed pasta, chicken curry rice, and kimchi rice topped with rich soybean pulp. To celebrate the first TV home shopping launch, the popular Witch’s Soup is added to the set to help supplement dietary fiber.
The “Balance” meals can be prepared by microwaving directly from the frozen state for about 5 minutes and then served immediately.
