‘Cheonho Station Maestro,’ located in Cheonho New Town, Gangdong-gu?the only non-regulated area among the four Gangnam districts?will begin accepting first-priority subscription applications today, Tuesday the 24th.


Cheonho Station Maestro is situated in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, consisting of two buildings ranging from one basement floor to 12 above-ground floors. The sales schedule for Cheonho Station Maestro is as follows: first-priority subscription on Tuesday, October 24, and second-priority subscription on Wednesday, October 25. Winners will be announced on Friday, November 3, and official contracts will be signed over three days from Tuesday, November 14 to Thursday, November 16.


The complex is located in Gangdong-gu, the only non-regulated area among the four Gangnam districts, making the subscription entry barrier low. This has led to continuous inquiries from both residents and investors.


In fact, the eligibility criteria for first-priority subscription to Cheonho Station Maestro require a subscription savings account membership of at least 12 months and meeting the deposit requirements by region and area. Applicants must be 19 years or older residents of Seoul or the metropolitan area. Both household heads and members, as well as homeowners, are eligible for first-priority subscription. Additionally, there are no restrictions on re-winning, and no obligation for actual residence applies. The resale restriction period is one year.


A local real estate agent near Cheonho-dong stated, “In Seoul, small to medium-sized apartments preferred by one- to two-person households are very scarce. Especially apartments like Cheonho Station Maestro, which offer a large service area relative to the exclusive area, are considered real estate steady sellers.”


Cheonho Station Maestro boasts excellent location conditions even within Gangdong-gu. It is a double-station area complex within walking distance of Cheonho Station, a transfer station for subway lines 5 and 8, providing outstanding access to Gangnam. Additionally, Olympic-ro and Cheonho-daero are adjacent, and Olympic-daero is nearby, offering excellent access to the metropolitan road traffic network.


Nearby the complex are numerous large shopping and cultural facilities such as Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, and 2001 Outlet. Especially, the double-station location accessible on foot to both lines 5 and 8 is highly preferred nationwide.”
