A former Gyeongnam Provincial Assembly member was found dead inside a car, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
According to the Masanjungbu Police Station in Gyeongnam on the 21st, a man in his 30s, Mr. A, was found dead inside a vehicle parked in the lot of a company in Jinjeon-myeon, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon Special City.
The police responded to a report on the 20th at around 12:43 PM about a passenger car being left unattended for a long time in a secluded area and confirmed the identity of Mr. A inside the car.
Mr. A was a former member of the 11th Gyeongnam Provincial Assembly and was reported missing after leaving his home about a week ago.
The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances of Mr. A's death.
