The eco-friendly bathroom cosmetics brand ‘INFRESH’ announced on the 20th that it will carry out a special medical support project for 16 countries that participated in the Korean War.

This medical support project is a Korean War veteran medical support service project through local hospitals displaying the Taegukgi (Korean national flag) produced by INFRESH. Veterans who receive treatment at partner hospitals displaying this Taegukgi will be sponsored by INFRESH.

To this end, INFRESH is planning to establish partnerships with hospitals in the 16 Korean War participant countries: Ethiopia, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece, T?rkiye, the United States, Canada, Colombia, Thailand, the Philippines, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

Additionally, the Taegukgi provided by INFRESH to hospitals worldwide is made by splitting in half the Taegukgi signed and inscribed with personal reflections by 19 student soldiers who volunteered in Gyeongju during the Korean War in 1950, which is registered as a national cultural heritage, and the current Taegukgi.

An official stated, “We wanted to let the veterans know that their blood, sweat, and sacrifices from over 70 years ago are still remembered today,” adding, “INFRESH will create a list of supporters from purchasers who contributed part of the proceeds through purchases, and this Taegukgi will be displayed together with the list at hospitals in each country.”

Meanwhile, INFRESH previously announced the 16-country Korean War veteran medical support project to the global media, starting with full support for eye disease surgeries for Ethiopian veterans, and continues steady efforts related to veteran support.
