Jeil Construction is conducting official contracts for ‘Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae,’ supplied in the Cheomdan 3 District of the Gwangju Research and Development Special Zone, from the 23rd (Monday) to the 27th (Friday) of this month.
The Cheomdan 3 District within the Gwangju Research and Development Special Zone (hereafter Gwangju Special Zone), where the complex is located, is gaining attention as the ‘Pangyo of Gwangju’ and emerging as a ‘new residential town.’

The A2 block consists of 24 buildings from basement level 2 to 20 floors, with a total of 1,845 units ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡ in exclusive area. The A5 block consists of 12 buildings from basement level 1 to 20 floors, with a total of 584 units ranging from 116㎡ to 184㎡ in exclusive area.
Right in front of the complex, kindergartens as well as planned sites for elementary and middle schools are located, providing a one-stop school zone within walking distance. Additionally, a commercial district and neighborhood park are planned in front of the complex, and the completed infrastructure of the already developed Cheomdan 1 and 2 Districts and Suwan District can also be shared.
Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae supplied by Jeil Construction is offered at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system for sale.
A sales official explained, “As the price ceiling system applies to this complex, there were good results in subscription as well,” adding, “We expect this positive atmosphere to continue through to the contract stage.”
