Newbility Showcases Vision of the Autonomous Robot Popularization Era

Participation in the 'International Security Industry Expo'
Introducing Delivery Robots and Patrol Robots

Newbility, an indoor and outdoor autonomous driving robot service platform led by CEO Sangmin Lee, announced on the 17th that it will participate in the 5th International Public Safety Industry Expo, showcasing autonomous delivery robots and autonomous patrol robots.


Now in its fifth year, the International Public Safety Industry Expo is hosted by the National Police Agency and will be held from the 18th to the 21st at the Songdo Convensia in Incheon. Newbility, which will be exhibited within the integrated booth of the Traffic Bureau of the National Police Agency, will showcase delivery robots capable of navigating complex urban areas at a reasonable cost through camera-based autonomous driving, as well as patrol robots that autonomously travel designated patrol routes to reduce the workload of security personnel.

During the exhibition, Newbility will also conduct a demonstration event where the robot recognizes traffic lights and safely crosses pedestrian crossings. This will provide visitors to the booth with an opportunity to directly experience the era of autonomous driving robots.


Sangmin Lee, CEO of Newbility, stated, "With the full-scale easing of regulations creating an environment where outdoor mobile robots can use sidewalks, we will diligently pursue research and development of autonomous delivery robots and autonomous patrol robots that responsibly help and protect citizens' convenient lives safely and smartly."
