The Emergency Response Technology Policy Research Center at Dong-A University has signed a business agreement with the Digital Content Council of the Korea Internet Corporations Association, an ICT industry organization, regarding the "Training of Local Outstanding Developers."
The Korea Internet Corporations Association counts major members such as Naver, Kakao, Coupang, Gmarket, Nexon Korea, SK Communications, NCSoft, Meta Korea, Woowa Brothers, Dunamu, Netflix, ByteDance, and Yanolja.
This agreement aims to jointly discover and nurture outstanding local developers by training talents specialized in "digital therapeutics" in a super-aged society and giving them priority recommendations for employment.
Through this business agreement, the Digital Content Council of the Korea Internet Corporations Association will also support the operation of the "Gerontechnology-based AI Platform Developer Training Course" promoted by the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and the Emergency Response Technology Policy Research Center at Dong-A University.
Specifically, experts from various game companies will participate as judges in the specialized training contest to provide students with evaluation feedback, and Dong-A University’s unique mentoring system, the "Dongjwamundo (同坐問道) Program," will be implemented to motivate them.
