The premium mixed-use tower 'Indeokwon Signity Tower' announced that it opened its promotional center on the 14th and has officially started sales.
Indeokwon Signity Tower is located in Gwanyang-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, an area receiving continuous attention due to transportation and urban development benefits. The scale consists of a site area of 1,770.80㎡, 5 basement floors, and 18 above-ground floors. Floors 1 to 2 house 36 neighborhood living facilities, floors 3 to 7 contain 95 medical units, and floors 8 to 18 comprise 209 office units.
The site is situated in a station area, 70 meters from Exit 2 and 80 meters from Exit 3 of Indeokwon Station. For vehicle users, it allows quick access to Gangnam and Seocho via Gwacheon-daero, and reaching Pangyo is also convenient via Anyang-Pangyo Road and the Second Gyeongin Expressway.
Additionally, it is expected to secure a premium quadruple station area location with a total of four planned lines: Wolgot-Pangyo Line (scheduled for 2025), Dongtan-Indeokwon Line (scheduled for 2026), and GTX-C Line (scheduled for 2028).
Nearby are industrial complexes such as Anyang Venture Valley, as well as major educational and research institutions including Anyang University, Yeonseong University, and Pyeongchon Smart Square, providing abundant demand from the surrounding population. In the case of Pyeongchon Smart Square, many companies such as LG Uplus, medical imaging device specialists, and display equipment firms are already established, creating strong residential demand from the working population and ensuring stability.
Above all, the Gwanyang-dong area where the complex is located has many development issues, which is an advantage. The Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town is a project developing approximately 1.35 million square meters in Galhyeon-dong and Munwon-dong near Indeokwon Station in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. Large-scale residential facilities, knowledge-based industrial complexes, and urban infrastructure are being established, and companies in future core industries such as IT, electrical, electronics, new materials, pharmaceuticals, and construction are expected to be attracted to the knowledge industry sites.
Also, Uiwang Technopark is Uiwang-si's first large-scale industrial complex with an area of about 158,000㎡, including logistics facilities, industrial facilities, mixed-use land, and parks. It features advanced business infrastructure and a pleasant working environment, similar to major tech valleys in Korea such as Pangyo and Dongtan. Therefore, it is attracting attention as a giant industrial belt is expected to form.
Lastly, the development of the Indeokwon Station site is also an issue. Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, is promoting a compact city creation project to develop approximately 150,973㎡ around Indeokwon Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 4 into a compressed city. Anyang-si plans to build a complex transfer center including transfer parking lots and transfer stops, along with 796 multi-family housing units including youth rental housing, a public knowledge industry center, public facilities, and neighborhood living facilities.
A sales official stated, “The Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, Uiwang Technopark, Indeokwon Station compact city creation project, and Uiwang Technopark development plans are all positive factors that enhance the value of this site. Customers aware of these issues have been making inquiries even before the sales began.”
