This apartment complex will consist of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 818 households and exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 101㎡. Among these, 568 units are for general sale, composed of the following area types: ▲59㎡A 209 units ▲59㎡B 111 units ▲74㎡A 65 units ▲74㎡B 92 units ▲84㎡ 86 units ▲101㎡ 5 units.

The Doma-Byeondong district is transforming into a mini new town with about 25,000 households through large-scale urban redevelopment projects, including Doma e-Pyeonhansesang Forena (Zone 8) and Hoban Summit Grand Central (Zone 11). In particular, Doma Forena Haemoro is located in the prime area of the Doma-Byeondong district, and its future value is expected to be high.

Moreover, with Gyocheon-dong in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, being finally selected as the candidate site for the national nano-semiconductor industrial complex, the real estate market in Daejeon is undergoing changes. Daejeon City plans to attract related industries such as nano-semiconductor industry, designated as a national advanced technology sector, as well as new growth industries like aerospace and urban air mobility, to create a high-tech industrial cluster. Doma Forena Haemoro, located about 7 to 8 km from the planned nano-national industrial complex site, is also considered a beneficiary complex.

Doma Forena Haemoro boasts an excellent location with access to transportation, education, natural environment, and living infrastructure. It is surrounded by a well-connected transportation network including Gyebaek-ro, Doma Intersection, and Daedunsan-ro, and has easy access to Honam Expressway, Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway. The Daejeon Southwest Terminal (about a 10-minute walk), KTX Seodaejeon Station (about a 10-minute drive), and Daejeon Subway Line 1 Seodaejeon Negeori Station (about a 10-minute drive) are also nearby.

In particular, a new Doma Station (tentative name), a tram station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, is planned to be established at Doma Intersection. The Daejeon Line 2 tram is a 37.8 km circular route around Daejeon City, with construction scheduled to begin in the first half of next year. Once Doma Station (tentative name) is established, Doma Forena Haemoro is expected to gain prominence as a station-area complex. Additionally, the first phase of the Chungcheong Regional Railway (Gyeryong to Sintanjin, 35.4 km section) is also scheduled to open near the complex within this year.

The educational environment is also favorable. Daesin Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walk, and Boksu Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), Beodne Middle, and Jeil High School are all within a 1 km radius. Furthermore, Yudeungcheon Stream and Oryang Mountain are nearby, promising a pleasant residential environment. Within a 3 km radius, residents can enjoy Daejeon O-World, which features various flora, fauna, and amusement parks, as well as Daejeon Root Park and forest bathing areas.

Residents can also access the central commercial district at Doma Intersection (a 5-minute walk), which is filled with shops, clinics, and banks, and the nearby Doma Large Market. Large marts such as Costco and Homeplus, as well as the CGV movie theater, are reachable within about a 10-minute drive. Convenience facilities such as Daecheong Hospital and Doma Silguk National Sports Center are also not far from the complex.

Doma Forena Haemoro is designed with a south-facing orientation to maximize sunlight and ventilation. It offers a variety of unit sizes from small to large, broadening the choices for buyers. In particular, the 59㎡ and 74㎡ small-to-medium-sized units are expected to be popular among younger generations due to their relatively affordable prices.

Lee Jae-ho, head of sales at Hanwha, said, “Since the Doma-Byeondong district is transforming into a large-scale new town with all the ideal location conditions, we plan to present a residential product with differentiated qualities unique to Forena.”
