- Double Super-Station Area and GTX-A Line Benefits from Gyeonggang Line Extension (Feasibility Study)
- Seoul Reachable Within 20 Minutes
DW Daewon Co., Ltd. (formerly Daewon Construction) announced that it will officially launch sales of 'Yongin Everland Station Cantavil' in Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do in November.
This is a newly built brand apartment supplied for the first time in 13 years since 2010 in Pogok-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin Special City. With plans for the extension of the Gyeonggang Line (feasibility study), it offers a double ultra-station area environment, GTX-A, the world's largest semiconductor cluster, and the Pocheon-Sejong Expressway development, combining both current and future value, attracting strong interest from buyers.
The complex consists of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 348 households: △ 132 units of 59㎡, △ 62 units of 74㎡, and △ 154 units of 84㎡. It is composed mainly of small to medium-sized units favored by actual residents, featuring a south-facing layout, a 4-bay structure (except for some units), and a car-free zone on the ground level, incorporating trendy innovative designs.
A real estate market expert said, “From January to August this year, over 300,000 people applied for first-priority subscriptions in 73 newly launched complexes in the metropolitan area, showing a rapid increase in demand for new apartments,” adding, “To satisfy both actual residence and investment returns, it is important to focus on areas near stations or with development prospects.”
Meanwhile, Cheoin-gu, Yongin Special City, where 'Yongin Everland Station Cantavil' is located, is set to host the world's largest system semiconductor specialized cluster and Yongin Semiconductor Cluster simultaneously. Samsung Electronics plans to invest approximately KRW 300 trillion over about 2.15 million pyeong in the Namsa-eup area, and SK Hynix plans to invest about KRW 120 trillion over approximately 1.26 million pyeong in the Wonsam-myeon area. This will transform the area into the world's largest semiconductor city with a total investment of 4.2 million pyeong and KRW 420 trillion, leading to explosive growth in new job creation and regional economic revitalization, increasing interest in both residence and investment.
Additionally, Jeondae and Everland Stations, located right in front of the 'Yongin Everland Station Cantavil' complex, will boast a double ultra-station area (transfer station) once the Gyeonggang Line extension is confirmed (planned), connecting the existing light rail (Everline) and the Gyeonggang Line (Pangyo Station). Using the light rail (Everline), access to the Suin-Bundang Line (Giheung Station) is convenient, and future access to GTX-A (Yongin Station) line will also be quick.
Regarding the wide-area road traffic network, the Second Metropolitan Area Circular Expressway (Pogok IC) is adjacent to the complex, and the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway (Anseong-Guri section) is scheduled to open in 2024, enabling entry to Seoul within 20 minutes, further enhancing Seoul accessibility.
The residential infrastructure, including education and convenience facilities, is excellent. Nearby Pogok Elementary School, its affiliated kindergarten, and Pogok Middle School provide a walkable school zone environment, and a daycare center is planned within the complex.
Moreover, residents can enjoy leisurely after-work activities along the Shindaecheon walking trail, developed as a waterfront park in front of the complex, and various living infrastructures such as a mart and Everland are accessible on foot.
A sales official stated, “Yongin has recently been released from various regulatory zones, freeing it from restrictions on subscriptions, loans, and tax burdens,” adding, “Household heads, household members, and multi-homeowners can all apply, and advantages such as 60% of units allocated by first-priority lottery and a 6-month resale restriction on pre-sale rights are highlighted, leading to increased inquiries from both actual residents and investors.”
