Hillius is a luxury private villa operated by Phoenix Island, designed with ocean views from every unit. It is popular during the autumn and winter seasons as guests can watch the sunrise and sunset from the villa.
The newly launched Welcome to Hillius package offers private villas in sizes of 75 pyeong, 112 pyeong, and 150 pyeong. Benefits include a cozy buffet breakfast for four, welcome fruits, and wine.
Additionally, the package includes access to electric carts within the Phoenix Island complex, an all-day lounge offering coffee, tea, bakery items, and wine according to the time of day, a year-round heated pool open until 10 PM, and a kids' play lounge where children can have fun.
