Pulmuone Foods Donates 1 Ton of Pulmuone Amio for Stray Dog Health

Donation Worth 30 Million KRW to Changnyeong Stray Dog Shelter

Pulmuone Foods announced on the 12th that it held a donation event exhibition with SSG.com called 'Donation Event for Stray Dogs in Need of Warm Hands' and donated 1 ton of Pulmuone Amio, a 'proper food for pets.'

Pulmuone Foods and SSG.com shared a consensus on protecting the safety and health of stray animals and proceeded with the donation. In the exhibition held on SSG.com in August, for every two Pulmuone Amio products sold, one Amio Origin All Life (1.2 kg) was donated. Thanks to more participation from pet owners than expected, a total of 1 ton (worth about 30 million KRW) of donated feed was collected, exceeding the original goal.

Pulmuone Foods donated this to the Changnyeong Stray Dog Shelter in Gyeongsangnam-do. The 1 ton of feed is enough for about 100 stray dogs sheltered at the Changnyeong shelter to survive this winter.

Starting with this donation exhibition, Pulmuone Foods and SSG.com plan to carry out various social contribution activities not only to protect the safety and health of stray dogs, which was their joint goal, but also for stray and companion dogs.

A Pulmuone Foods official stated, "We will actively promote activities to improve awareness and treatment of stray animals through various collaborations with SSG.com in the future."
