Shinsegae Department Store "Use Partner Cards and Receive Gift Certificates"

Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 11th that it will hold the ‘Shinsegae Card Festa’ from the 13th to the 22nd of this month. The plan is to offer abundant benefits in collaboration with affiliated card companies.

Shinsegae holds the largest number of affiliated cards in the industry. There are about 4 million customers who possess Shinsegae affiliated cards (Citi, Samsung, Shinhan, Hana, BC Baro), and an average of 40,000 new cards are issued every month this year.

The Shinsegae mobile app offers gift certificates. Among customers who enter the event, a lottery will be held to give Shinbaek Rewards gift certificates with 10-50% discounts usable in the fashion and accessories categories. All customers who do not win will also receive a 5% Shinbaek Rewards gift certificate.

Shinbaek Rewards benefits are also prepared for each affiliated card company. With Shinsegae Citi and Samsung cards, customers receive 30,000, 60,000, or 100,000 rewards points when purchasing 300,000, 600,000, or 1,000,000 KRW respectively at a single fashion brand. With Shinsegae Shinhan cards, customers receive 200,000, 300,000, 500,000, or 1,000,000 rewards points when purchasing 2,000,000, 3,000,000, 5,000,000, or 10,000,000 KRW or more at a single luxury, watch, or jewelry brand.

Customers who join Shinsegae Department Store’s free membership ‘Shinbaek Members’ will also receive discount coupons based on purchase amounts, usable in cosmetics, accessories, fashion, and food categories.
