Medals for All Grades
Anyang youth soccer powerhouse Anyang AFA won the championship in the 2nd grade division at the 8th Cheongchun Yanggu National Youth Soccer Tournament for the Geographical Center of the Korean Peninsula.
Additionally, the 4th grade team finished as runner-up, and the 1st and 3rd grade teams placed third, with all participating grades earning medals in the winners' bracket group.

The Anyang AFA 2nd grade team defeated Incheon LK 2-0 in the Winners' Bracket Final A group final held on the 9th at Yanggu Sports Complex, with an opening goal by Ha Sun-woo and a clinching goal by Kim Yoon-hoo, securing the championship.
Notably, the 2nd grade team demonstrated overwhelming performance by scoring 26 goals and conceding only 3 throughout five matches from the preliminaries to the final.
Ha Sun-woo of the 2nd grade received both the Most Valuable Player and Top Scorer awards, while Jeon Woo-hyun was awarded the Best Goalkeeper.

The 4th grade team fought hard against the nationally renowned club Cheongju FCK in the final but unfortunately lost 2-4. Yoo Sung-yoon received the Outstanding Player award for the 4th grade division. Jang Ji-hoo from the 3rd grade and Chae Jun-woo from the 1st grade were also selected for the Outstanding Player awards.
Anyang AFA representative Lee Dong-kwan said, "This is the result of the children's efforts to balance academics and sports for the love of soccer," adding, "We will continue to guide them so that world-class players like Son Heung-min can emerge from Anyang."
