Autumn Flowers Cosmos and Haebaragi in Full Bloom... Festival Atmosphere Heightens

Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 10th that the autumn flowers in the large-scale flower garden created for the Hwasun Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival are in full bloom, attracting a continuous flow of tourists.

Since May this year, the county has established a large-scale flower garden covering 50,200㎡, consisting of chrysanthemums, cosmos, sunflowers, and more, in preparation for the Hwasun Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival, which will be held from the 20th to the 29th.

As word spreads, visitors continue to come to see the blooming autumn flowers, and many are taking photos in various poses here and there, creating a festive atmosphere even before the festival officially begins.

Additionally, with the opening ceremony of the Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival scheduled for the 21st, a large crowd is expected, prompting rapid progress in surrounding landscape maintenance work such as the expansion of the main stage at the World Megalith Theme Park and the opening of new walking paths.

Special attention is being paid to ensuring that tourists can enjoy the festival safely and comfortably.

A county official stated, “We will do our best to create the flower garden and maintain the surrounding environment for the successful promotion of the Hwasun Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival,” adding, “We will strive to widely promote the timeless beauty of the Hwasun Dolmen Historic Site.”
