[Sale Calendar] Second Week of October, 2,000 Units Nationwide Including 'Geomdan New City Lotte Castle Nextiel'

In the second week of October, a total of 2,000 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 7th, a total of 2,000 households across 7 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the second week of October. Among them, 650 units are for general sale.

Major complexes conducting subscription include ‘Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel’ in Wondang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; ‘Haeundae Elmar Switzen (officetel)’ in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan; and ‘Hongcheon Galmagok 1BL (National Rental)’ in Hongcheon-eup, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do.

The model house is scheduled to open at one location: ‘Hillstate Suwon Park Foret’ in Seodun-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Lotte Construction will pre-sell ‘Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel’ at 1061-1 Wondang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon (Geomdan New Town RC1 Block). The complex consists of 4 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 and 108㎡, totaling 372 households.

Located in the central commercial area of Geomdan New Town, it offers excellent residential convenience. It is an ultra-station complex near the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 (scheduled for 2025, tentatively named Station 101). In 2025, the nearby Incheon Legal Town is expected to be established. It is adjacent to elementary, middle, and high school educational facilities as well as a cluster of private academies.

Hyundai Engineering will pre-sell ‘Hillstate Suwon Park Foret’ at 213-10 Seodun-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 10 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 14 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 and 113㎡, totaling 482 households.

It is composed mainly of national standard units preferred by the demand segment. Forests, parks, and lakes are located within walking distance. It is close to Hwaseo Station on Subway Line 1 and the Shinbundang Line (scheduled for 2028), as well as Suwon Station on the GTX-C Line (scheduled for 2028).
