Lotte Construction opened the model house for ‘Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel,’ located in Geomdan New Town, Wondang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, on the 6th, and has begun full-scale sales.
This complex will be developed with 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, comprising a total of 372 households with exclusive areas of 84 to 108㎡. The number of units by type is △84㎡A (134 units) △84㎡B (26 units) △84㎡C (106 units) △84㎡D (50 units) △108㎡A (56 units).
‘Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel’ boasts an excellent location even within Geomdan New Town. In particular, as it will be developed as a super-station area complex near the newly extended Incheon Subway Line 1 station (tentatively named Station 101, scheduled for 2025), it is expected to offer outstanding accessibility to Seoul and downtown Incheon.

The subscription schedule for ‘Geomdan Lotte Castle Nextiel’ begins with special supply on the 10th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 11th and second-priority subscription on the 12th. Winners will be announced on the 18th, and the official contract period will be held for four days from the 30th to the 2nd of the following month.
First-priority subscription is open to residents aged 19 or older living in Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul Special City, and Gyeonggi Province who have held a subscription savings account for more than one year and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Both household heads, household members, and homeowners are eligible. Winners will be selected with 50% allocated to Incheon and 50% to the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi), and there is no restriction on re-winning.
