The Employment Success School provides step-by-step programs for job seekers, from company recruitment analysis to mock interviews, the city explained.

On the 11th, the schedule includes ▲orientation and team formation ▲analysis of company recruitment trends and establishment of response strategies; on the 12th, ▲how to write application documents ▲review of interview questions; and on the 13th, ▲briefing sessions by 30 local and non-local recruiting companies and mock interviews. After the Employment Success School ends, one-on-one customized consulting will be provided for three days from the 16th to the 18th.

The city particularly links this program with the Osan City Youth Job Fair 'Jobjobkok! Youth Job Festival' held on the 20th, providing participants with direct recruitment interview opportunities with desired companies.

Any youth job seeker in Osan City can apply, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the 6th.

Kim Byung-ju, head of Osan City's Regional Economy Division, said, "This program will be a practical opportunity to strengthen employment capabilities through special lectures on preparing job application documents and interviews," adding, "We will actively support youth job seekers to connect with employment at desired companies through participation in the job fair."
