Recently, centered around the 20s and 30s generations, the 'Healthy Pleasure' trend, which combines 'health management' and 'the joy of eating,' has been continuously growing, leading to increased interest in so-called 'Low Spec' food and beverages. Pizza Alvolo reflects the Healthy Pleasure trend and Low Spec food preference of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) by offering two types of authentic Italian pizzas with a premium well-being concept. These pizzas feature Roman-style whole wheat dough topped generously with fresh toppings like basil, arugula, and fresh mozzarella, allowing customers to enjoy healthy and delicious authentic Italian pizza at home.

Pizza Alvolo recently developed Roman-style dough using Rogers Coles whole wheat flour from Canada, renowned worldwide for its top quality. Rogers Coles whole wheat flour (CWRS) is a nutritious flour with a rich, nutty flavor, containing more dietary fiber, minerals, and protein than regular flour, making it suitable for healthy baking.

The Italian pizzas include the ‘Jambon Arugula Pizza,’ which maximizes flavor by topping Roman-style whole wheat dough with domestic jambon, fresh arugula, fresh mozzarella, Grana Padano cheese, and pistachios, and the ‘Margherita,’ which emphasizes the freshness and nuttiness of the ingredients by topping Roman-style whole wheat dough with fresh tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella.

Harim recently launched four new products of ‘Harim eDak Tandanji Diet Lunchbox,’ a formulated food for weight control that balances the three major nutrients needed for a meal: carbohydrates, protein, and fat.

The Harim eDak Tandanji Diet Lunchbox comes in four varieties: soy sauce egg rice with curry chicken breast, soy sauce egg rice with black bean sauce chicken breast, oat mixed grain rice with spicy fire chicken, and oat mixed grain rice with charcoal grilled rib chicken.

An industry insider said, “As enjoying healthy food becomes a lifestyle through the Gat-saeng and Healthy Pleasure trends, many related new products are being launched,” adding, “This industry trend is expected to contribute to the development of a healthier gourmet culture among the 20s and 30s generations.”
