Dongui University University Job Plus Center Hosts Career and Employment Festival

The Dong-Eui University University Job Plus Center held a 'Career and Employment Festival' over two days, from the 20th to the 21st, during the university festival period in the lobby and plaza of Jicheon Hall.

The Dong-Eui University University Job Plus Center collaborated with related organizations such as the Busan Employment Center, Busan Economic Promotion Agency, and Busan Youth Policy Committee to provide career and employment counseling and guidance on government job support programs for enrolled students and local youth.

Additionally, at this festival, recruitment officers and executives from 10 outstanding local mid-sized and small but strong companies, including Ostem Implant, Hyosung Heavy Industries, and Oriental Precision, participated to conduct on-site recruitment interviews and mentoring.

Lee Cheol-gyun, director of the University Job Plus Center, said, “Many students showed interest and participated in the customized on-site job counseling conducted by current employees of companies visiting the university, and there were tangible results such as students passing recruitment on the spot.”

He added, “We will continue to strengthen our network with excellent local companies to provide good jobs for students.”

As a key institution in the Busan area, the Dong-Eui University University Job Plus Center, on the 16th in celebration of Youth Day, jointly hosted a special career lecture for young people who will live in the future space era by inviting the young scientist and famous science YouTuber ‘Gwido’ at Sangsang Madang in Busanjin-gu in cooperation with Busanjin-gu Office.
