Pyeongchon Xi I-Park, Non-Sequential (Random Supply) Subscription in Progress

Pyeongchon Xi I-Park, Non-Sequential (Random Supply) Subscription in Progress

The 'Pyeongchon Xi I-Park,' a large-scale branded apartment complex with 2,737 households located in Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, is scheduled to hold a non-ranking subscription on the 26th. This upcoming non-ranking subscription will accept applications for 20 units of the small-sized type with an exclusive area of 39㎡, which is highly preferred by the recently increasing 1-2 person households.

Pyeongchon Xi I-Park consists of 22 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. The move-in was completed in February 2022, so once the contract is signed and the remaining payment is made, immediate move-in is possible, attracting attention as it can be approached as a kind of 'moving' concept.

The overall schedule for the non-ranking subscription is as follows: online application through the subscription homepage on Tuesday, the 26th of this month, announcement of winners on Thursday, October 5th, and contract signing on Friday, October 13th.

Since it is supplied through a non-ranking (arbitrary supply) subscription, the subscription hurdle is very low, which is also noteworthy. Anyone who is an adult residing in Korea as of the date of the resident recruitment announcement can apply regardless of whether they are the head of the household or own a house.

Moreover, there is no consideration of subscription savings accounts, no subscription application fee, and even if the applicant or household members are within the re-winning restriction period, they can apply, and the re-winning restriction does not apply.

Pyeongchon Xi I-Park also boasts product competitiveness befitting a large-scale branded apartment complex located in an excellent location. First, convenience facilities for residents are well equipped, including a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, cafeteria sauna (men and women), small library, study room, multipurpose sports facilities, coin laundry, and other excellent community facilities. It also features differentiated interior design and the use of high-quality finishing materials. Two system air conditioners (living room + bedroom), engineered stone kitchen countertops, patterned glass kitchen upper cabinets, hybrid electric cooktop, kitchen TV phone (10 inches), and bidet are provided free of charge.

Additionally, to enhance the safety of single female residents, a security door camera and wall pad security recording function have been installed. The security door camera records and stores video for a certain period when motion is detected near the unit entrance and allows confirmation via smartphone. The wall pad security recording function stores video for a certain period after setting the outing mode and sends a text message in case of intrusion detection.

Various other safety systems have also been applied. These include elevator security handrails, vehicle number recognition parking control, electronic security systems, infrared sensors (applied to units on the 1st and 2nd floors), fire, gas, and security text alert services, and emergency call buttons (in underground parking lots and children's playgrounds).

Furthermore, the site offers convenient transportation as well as access to leisure activities, schools, and large marts nearby. It is easy to use Anyang Station on Subway Line 1, and the double-track Wolgot~Pangyo Line, officially announced in early November, will be introduced. The Wolgot~Pangyo Line is a 40.3 km long project connecting Wolgot in Siheung-si through Anyang and Gwacheon to Seongnam (Pangyo), scheduled to open in 2027.

Also nearby are Gyeongsu-daero and Gwanak-daero. Public transportation such as metropolitan buses and trunk buses is well developed, and using Gyeongsu-daero allows quick vehicle access to Guro-gu, Seoul. Additionally, the metropolitan transportation network to and from the metropolitan area is excellent, including the Seoul Outer Ring Expressway, Gangnam Circular Road, Seohaean Expressway, and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway.

Emart (Anyang branch) is within walking distance, and there are many large and small stores and convenience facilities along the road. Within a 1 km radius, there is abundant infrastructure necessary for residential life, such as Lotte Department Store, Lotte Cinema, Anyang 1st Street, Anyang Central Market, 2001 Outlet, and Anyang Sports Complex. Anyangdong Elementary School, Imgok Middle School, Yangmyeong High School, Daelim University, Anyang City Bisan Library, and Pyeongchon Academy District are also nearby, and Gwanaksan Forest Bathing Area and sports facilities are easily accessible.

A sales official stated, "Since there are practically no restrictions on subscription applications for this non-ranking supply, not only demanders who want to own a home but also multi-home investor demanders are showing interest," adding, "It is located in the center of the area, and since immediate move-in is possible after the contract, it can be approached as a concept of moving into a new apartment, so there are many inquiries."

Meanwhile, the sample house for 'Pyeongchon Xi I-Park' is operating within the project site in Bisan-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si.
