The head of sales at Bando Construction stated, "Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet possesses the three essential success factors for a knowledge industry center: ‘proximity to transit stations, hinterland demand, and future value.’"
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ offers a variety of floor plans ranging from small to large sizes with flexible layouts, creating an optimal office environment suitable for small businesses, startups, as well as offices for mid-sized companies.
Additionally, on the first basement floor, there will be seminar rooms available for lectures, meetings, and various work-related programs and content. A studio for corporate and product promotional photography and video shooting will be provided, along with open meeting rooms in the first-floor lobby and shared conference rooms on floors 2 through 8. A fitness center and shower facilities will also be installed on the first basement floor. Notably, shared storage spaces will be available on basement floors 1 and 2 to store items that are difficult to keep within the factory.
Tenants will have access to various services through an integrated smart platform. The smart platform app allows for reservations of shared conference rooms and multipurpose rooms, pre-registration of visitors and vehicles, and checking the status of knowledge industry center facilities, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ is conveniently located adjacent to Myeongji International New City and Nakdongnam-ro, with Myeongji IC and Seobusan IC nearby, providing excellent transportation networks. A transfer station for the planned Gangseo Line and the proposed Hadan~Noksa Line will be within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, the new Gadukdo Airport, which will serve as a logistics hub near Eco Delta City, is scheduled to open in 2029.
Located at the center of western Busan, ‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ is near approximately 19 industrial complexes including Noksan National Industrial Complex and Hwajeon General Industrial Complex, home to over 7,000 diverse tenant companies, ensuring abundant hinterland demand. It also has the advantage of being located outside the jurisdiction of the Industrial Complex Management Corporation, making the move-in process relatively simple.
As the largest knowledge industry center in Busan, ‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ is the first to showcase a model house. Completion is scheduled for September 2026.
