Anseong-si Hosts 'World People Harmony Festival'

On the 8th of next month at Anseong Matchum Land

Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'World People Harmony Festival' at the Bandal Stage in Anseong Matchum Land on the 8th of next month.

This festival, prepared to promote understanding and communication among diverse cultures, is held this year as part of the 'Anseong Matchum Namsadang Baudeogi Festival.'

Hosted by the city and organized by the Anseong City Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center, this event marks its 12th year and is open to all residents of Anseong, both domestic and foreign.

Earlier, on the 16th, the city selected 10 participating teams through a preliminary screening, and plans to award one grand prize team, one gold prize team, and two silver prize teams through the final competition on the 8th.

A city official said, “We hope that foreigners with various nationalities and cultural backgrounds will come to the Anseong Matchum Baudeogi Festival site, enjoy the World People Harmony Festival, and create wonderful memories.”
