Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on the 20th the opening of the digital complex cultural space ‘Gajaeul Youth Center’ (103 Geobukgol-ro).
This place is a digital and cultural arts activity space for youth leading the 4th Industrial Revolution, with a total area of 1,623㎡ spanning from basement level 1 to the 4th floor above ground. It consists of ▲Digital Play Zone and G Lounge where youth can relax and heal ▲Meta Place for free making activities using robots and blocks ▲Youth Tech Room to learn and experience 3D printers and 3D pen equipment ▲G Studio, a professional video shooting space for creators.
▲Digital Sports Zone where E-SPORTS can be experienced through augmented reality-based stepping equipment ▲Club rooms used by youth autonomous organizations ▲Band Studio, a space for playing and rehearsing instruments such as drums, guitar, and keyboard ▲Gajaeul D Station, which can host large-scale programs and also be used as a dance practice room.
Gajaeul Youth Center operates from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. It is closed on Mondays and public holidays.
