Samsung Life "Retirement Pension Consultation at Customer Center"

AI Counselor Service to Launch Within the Year

Samsung Life Insurance's customer center will now offer face-to-face consultations for retirement pensions.


On the 20th, Samsung Life announced that it will operate this 'retirement pension face-to-face consultation service' at 34 customer plazas nationwide.


Recently, the number of subscribers directly managing Defined Contribution (DC) and Individual Retirement Pension (IRP) plans through mobile and call centers has increased, and the service aims to provide these customers with detailed advice from experts.


At the 34 customer plazas nationwide that have investment product counters, customers can receive consultations and services related to retirement pension management. At the counters, customers can check the status and returns of their subscribed retirement pensions, receive advice on products and portfolios, and apply for various tasks necessary for managing their retirement pensions.


Customers who need face-to-face retirement pension consultations can check the plaza locations on Samsung Life's website under the customer portal's 'Location Guide' or make a consultation reservation at a nearby location through the dedicated retirement pension call center.


Samsung Life plans to introduce various retirement pension-related services in the future. Within this year, it will launch an 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant' service and establish an 'Integrated Customer Management Center' that supports the entire process from retirement pension subscription to management and payment in a one-stop manner.


A Samsung Life official stated, "We will continue to expand services that enhance subscribers' accessibility to retirement pension management."
