Neowiz Launches 'P-ui Geojit' Globally... K-Console Put to the Test

Neowiz announced on the 19th that its subsidiary studio Round8 has simultaneously launched the globally anticipated title 'P-ui Geojit' in the global market.

'P-ui Geojit' is a single-player action role-playing game (RPG) in the Souls-like genre set in the Belle ?poque era of the late 19th century. It features realistic graphics with detailed character and background depictions, a unique world view adapting the Italian classic 'Pinocchio' into a dark fairy tale, and outstanding action gameplay.

The highlight is the unique combat system of 'P-ui Geojit.' It includes ▲varied battles enjoyed by replacing and utilizing the 'Legion Arm' attached to the protagonist's left arm, △a weapon combination system where weapons, handles, and blades can be separated and assembled to create new weapons, and ▲'Fable Arts,' unique skills each weapon possesses. The 'Lie System,' which serves as a means for major quests in the game, is also a distinctive feature of 'P-ui Geojit.'

From today, 'P-ui Geojit' can be played on PlayStation (PS) 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platform Steam, available on both console and PC. It is also available on the Mac App Store for Macs equipped with Apple Silicon.

Before its release, 'P-ui Geojit' became the first Korean game to win three awards at 'Gamescom 2022' and surpassed 1 million views within three days of the demo release. A Neowiz representative said, "Through 'P-ui Geojit,' players will experience unprecedented combat enjoyment and the thrill of the Pinocchio story reborn as a dark fairy tale," adding, "'P-ui Geojit' is expected to become a representative Souls-like game of Korea."
