Cheongsong-gun Completes Cheongsong's Leap Forward by Discovering New Projects!

‘2024 Military Administration Major Task Report Meeting’ Held

From September 18 to 22, Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, will hold the '2024 Major County Administration Work Report Meeting' chaired by County Governor Yoon Kyung-hee.

Cheongsong County held the 2024 Military Administration Major Task Report Meeting.

This report meeting will focus on identifying problems and solutions for ongoing projects and reviewing the feasibility and direction of key projects to be promoted in 2024 that will bring about a leap forward for Cheongsong-gun and changes in the lives of its residents.

Cheongsong-gun plans to operate its administration by solidly advancing existing projects while placing emphasis in 2024 on creating a safe farming environment from natural disasters, establishing a production system that reduces costs and increases income, and revitalizing the local economy through population inflow promotion.

To this end, new projects such as the 'Orchard Micro-Sprinkler Device Support Project' and 'Stemless Cheongsong Apple Distribution' will be actively developed and promoted.

Additionally, to increase population inflow, the 'Cheongsong Public Rental Housing Youth Village Construction' and, to attract tourists and promote local consumption, the 'Unique Accommodation Facility (Cheongsong Apple-themed Family Hotel) Construction Project' are also planned.

Governor Yoon Kyung-hee urged, “Considering the impact of administration on residents, projects closely related to residents’ lives will be actively promoted,” and added, “Due to the expected decrease in local government transfer revenues such as local allocation tax and national subsidies caused by sluggish national tax revenue, please devote full efforts to efficient financial management and securing national and provincial funds through public contests to fully implement the key projects promised to residents in the 8th term of the elected administration.”
